Newsletter (Beehiiv)
When you subscribe to our "Fumble of the Week" newsletter, your email address is collected and processed by Beehiiv Inc. (USA) on our behalf. We use your email solely to send you our newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any user tracking service.

- We do not serve advertisements (as of this writing).
- We do not sell, share, or disclose personal data to third parties.
- We do not fingerprint browsers or build user profiles.
- We do not collect payment information (we have no paid products).

Access — Request what personal data we hold about you. If you are a newsletter subscriber, the answer is: your email address. If not, the answer is: none.
Rectify — Request correction of inaccurate data.
Erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"). For newsletter: unsubscribe and we will remove your email from Beehiiv.
Restrict — Request restriction of processing.
Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Portability — Receive your data in a structured, portable format.
Withdraw consent — At any time. For newsletter: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
Complaint — File a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
Our legal basis for processing: Consent (newsletter subscription) and Legitimate interest (Cloudflare security, serving web pages).

Your Rights Under CCPA (California)
Know — what personal information is collected. For non-subscribers: none. For subscribers: email address only.
Delete — request deletion. Unsubscribe from newsletter to remove your email.
Opt-out of sale — we do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Non-discrimination — we do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
Your Rights Under Other Laws
Brazil (LGPD) — We do not process personal data of Brazilian residents beyond newsletter email (if subscribed).
Canada (PIPEDA) — No personal information is collected or disclosed beyond newsletter email.
Australia (Privacy Act) — No Australian personal information is collected beyond newsletter email.
International Data Transfers
Some of our third-party providers (Cloudflare, Beehiiv) are based in the United States. Data transferred to the US is protected under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as applicable. Proton AG (email) is based in Switzerland, which has an EU adequacy decision.

Data Security
Our site is served over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) via Cloudflare. Email is hosted by Proton AG with end-to-end encryption. Since we store minimal personal data (newsletter emails only, via Beehiiv), the attack surface is minimal.
Children's Privacy
Bent Over Club is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has subscribed to our newsletter, contact us and we will remove their email.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. If we ever introduce advertising, analytics, or user accounts, this policy will be updated before those features launch.
